About Sheri
My search for the truth of who we are and why we’re here began in earnest in 1988. I got into a seemingly endless spiritual "buffet line” and read many books, attended lectures and study groups, and traveled the country to participate in workshops led by many fine teachers in many disciplines.

After sampling quite a few philosophies that really didn’t resonate with me, I came across what would become my primary spiritual path — A Course in Miracles, a self-study system of spiritual psychotherapy.
Often referred to as "one of the most important spiritual documents known to humanity," the Course teaches us how to release our fear-based thinking and to embrace instead a thought system based on love. Difficulties in life may still arise, but seen through the eyes of love and truth, peace of mind is always available to us. A long-time student of the Course, I taught an overview of this thought system for many years since 1994 and use its principles as the foundation of my healing practice.
One day, a student in my Miracles class asked if I would meet with her on a regular basis to address some issues in her life from a Course perspective. Similar requests soon followed and so I left the Fortune 500 company where I managed internal publishing and communications for 15 years, to begin what I call spiritual growth consulting. While I had thoroughly enjoyed my corporate experience, I suspected I had a higher calling and so I stepped out in faith, determined to live my highest plan.
In time, I was introduced to a revolutionary healing tool called the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). I briefly researched EFT and found that it was a gentle tapping technique similar to acupuncture, only without the discomfort of needles. By bringing the body's energy system into alignment, relief can be obtained from a host of issues: stress, anxiety, fear, phobias, grief, trauma, anger, depression, addictive cravings, self-sabotage, physical pain, personal and sports performance limitations, and the list goes on. Naturally, I concluded the technique was too good to be true and forgot about it. Fortunately, like any other revolutionary idea whose time has come, EFT wouldn’t go away. I decided to learn the “almost perfect technique” and try it out on myself. I was impressed with its elegant simplicity and effectiveness. Eventually, I received The Certified EFT Practitioner (EFTCert-I) certificate as well as the Basic and Advanced certificates of completion for EFT. I was also certified as an EFT trainer by AAMET, now known as EFT International. My most current certification is Gary Craig Certified Official EFT™ Master.
I gradually introduced EFT to my clients who asked if I would teach the technique to them. I have conducted EFT trainings in Gold Standard EFT Tapping since 2002, and its newest innovation, Optimal EFT/The Unseen Therapist, since 2017. In 2016, EFT founder Gary Craig appointed me Director of The Gary Craig Official EFT Training Center — English language.
Along the way, I have taught classes and given lectures on EFT in various educational institutions, including Life Chiropractic University, Everest University, Virginia College, and for the class on Integrative Medicine at the University of North Florida.
I’ve been a guest on the television show, “A Woman’s Place,” which aired on the Atlanta Interfaith Broadcasting Network, and also appeared on the Jacksonville “Morning Show.”
Ironically, having spent more than 35 years acquiring knowledge and experience in the art of spiritual healing, I find my greatest insight is to set aside all that I think I know and simply allow Source to work through me. Honed through many years of personal reflection and healing, I consider my ability to “get out of the way” to be my most significant contribution to both the healing and teaching processes. Simply put, it creates a space for miracles to happen.
